Abstract
PVT 변화에도 지터(JITTER)가 민감하지 않은 복제 딜레이 셀을 이용한 인젝션 락킹 클락 체배 장치 및 방법이 개시된다.

본 발명은 전압 제어 발진기의 내부에 복제 딜레이 셀이 포함되어 위상 차이가 교정되는 것으로 단순한 주파수 추적 루프에 비해 전력 소모량이 줄어들고 실리콘 사용 면적이 줄어드는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
