본 발명은 자성체의 제작인 편리하며, 특성을 손쉽게 변경시킬 수 있는 새로운 형태의 스커미온을 이용한 신호 전달 소자를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 스커미온을 이용한 신호 전달 소자에 있어서
, 나노스트립 및 상기 나노스트립 상에 형성되는 복수의 스커미온으로 구성되는 스커미온 배열을 포함하며, 초기 스커미온을 전기 또는 자기를 이용하여자극하면, 스커미온의 특성이 순차적으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
