본 발명은 일반적인 자성체 도파로 상에 자기 스커미온 배열을 형성하고, 상기 스커미온의 배열에 따라 다양한 스핀파 주파수를 필터링할 수 있는 자기 스커미온을 이용한 스핀파 필터링 소자를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 자기 스커미온을 이용한 스핀파 필터링 소자에 있어서, 스판파를 안내하는 도파로; 상기 도파로의 일정 부분에 형성되는 자구 영역; 및 상기 도파로의 다른 부분에 형성되는 스커미온 영역;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
