본 발명은 직접 감지한 사용자 목의 자세를 기초로 근골격계 질환 발생을 사전에 정확히 예방할 수 있는 스마트폰을 이용한 자세 인식 장치를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 위하여 본 발명은, 사용자 목의 자세를 감지하여 잘못된 목 자세를 스마트폰을 통하여 알리는 스마트폰을 이용한 자세 인식 장치에 있어서, 사용자 목에 목걸이 형태로 착용되어 목의 자세를 감지한 후, 잘못된 목의 자세인 경우 무선통신으로 알람을 전송하는 감지부; 및 상기 감지부에서 전송된 알람을 수신하여 사용자에게 안내하는 스마트폰을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
