본 발명은 전자장치의 기판에서 반도체 물질로 형성된 채널들의 결함을 리페어하는 방법에 있어서, 채널들을 분석하여, 채널들 중 패턴이 유실된 결함부의 위치를 파악하는 단계 및 결함부에 전도성 잉크를 분포시키는 리페어 단계를 포함하는 전자장치의 리페어 방법을 제공한다.
따라서 전도성용액을 이용하여 채널의 결함부를 리페어하기 때문에 공정이 용이하여, 경제적이며, 낮은온도에서도 공정이 가능하여 장치의 손상을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 적용범위를 확대할 수 있다.
