- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 박막형 이종접합 메타구조체는 유리 기판, 상기 유리 기판상에 증착된 하부 전극, 상기 하부 전극상에 증착된 N-형 반도체 박막, 상기 N-형 반도체 박막상에 증착된 P-형 반도체 박막, 상기 P-형 반도체 박막상에 형성된 금속박막 및 상기 금속 박막 상에 형성된 금속 나노 입자를 포함하여, 메타구조체에 의한 가시광 영역의 빛 흡수율 증가에 따른 광전류 변환 효율 상승이 가능하고, P-N 접합부에서 생성되는 전기장에 의해 정공과 전자를 각각의 표면으로 이동시켜 수소 및 산소 생산 효율을 상승시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
