- Abstract
- 본 발명은 폴리아민산을 이용한 고순도 그래핀 합성방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 합성방법에 의해 합성된 그래핀은 PAA를 탄소 전구체로 사용함으로써 열처리 과정 동안 탈수 과정으로 폴리이미드로 변환된 후 금속 기판 표면에서 탄소화가 일어나 방향족 탄소 일부분의 재배열을 통해 고품질, 고순도의 그래핀을 합성할 수 있다.
