- 본 발명은, 페로브스카이트 물질을 포함하여 습도를 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 습도 센서를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 습도 센서는, 페로브스카이트 물질을 포함하고, 습도에 따라 저항이 변화하는 습도 감지부; 상기 습도 감지부의 일측 상에 위치하고, 상기 습도 감지부에 전류를 인가하는 전류 인가 단자부; 및 상기 습도 감지부의 타측 상에 위치하고, 상기 습도 감지부로부터 상기 전류에 따른 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정 단자부;를 포함한다.
