- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 베타선 및 감마선의 에너지를 동시에 측정하는 제1 검출기와, 베타선의 에너지를 측정하는 제2 검출기를 이용하여 핵종을 분석하는 방법은 제1 검출기에서 측정된 베타선 및 감마선의 에너지 별로 소정의 시간 동안 베타선 및 감마선의 감지 횟수를 카운팅한 제1 측정결과를 구하는 단계와, 제2 검출기에서 측정된 베타선의 에너지 별로 소정의 시간 동안 베타선의 감지 횟수를 카운팅한 제2 측정결과를 구하는 단계와, 제1 측정결과에서 제2 측정결과를 감산하여 감마선의 에너지 별로 소정의 시간 동안 감마선의 감지 횟수를 카운팅한 제3 측정결과를 구하는 단계와, 핵종별 방사선 에너지 정보를 포함하는 라이브러리를 참조하여, 제3 측정결과로부터 베타선 및 감마선 방출 핵종을 판별하는 단계를 포함한다.
