- 본 발명은 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질, 이들의 제조방법, 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질은, 내부 코어; 및 상기 내부 코어 상에 형성되는 코팅층;을 포함하고, 상기 내부 코어는 리튬 전이금속 산화물을 포함하고, 상기 코팅층은 전이금속을 포함하고, 상기 전이금속은 상기 내부 코어로부터 상기 코팅층으로 갈수록 연속적으로 증가하는 농도구배를 갖는 것일 수 있다.
