- Abstract
- 본 발명은 탄소나노물질을 용매에 분산시켜 분산 용액을 형성하는 단계, 상기 분산 용액을 초음파 분무 노즐을 통해 분무하여 제1 액적을 발생시키는 단계 및 상기 제1 액적에 가스를 공급하여 상기 가스에 포함된 원소를 도핑함으로써 이종 원소가 도핑된 탄소나노물질을 포함하는 제2 액적을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 이종 원소가 도핑된 탄소나노물질의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
