Abstract
공급전압 리플(Ripple) 제거기술을 이용한 PVT변화에 안정적이고 전 주파수 대역에서 높은 PSRR(Power Supply Rejection Ratio)을 갖는 전압안정기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 패스 트랜지스터(Pass Transistor)의 바디 노드로 입력 전압의 리플에 대응하는 바디 리플을 주입하여 전압을 안정시키는 장치 및 방법에 연관한다.
