- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 강한 상 안정성과 빠른 산소 환원 속도를 가지는 이중층 페로브스카이트 구조를 가지는 부분 산화제의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 부분 산화제의 제조 방법은, 금속 전구체들을 용매에 용해하여 전구체 용액을 형성하는 단계; 상기 전구체 용액을 열처리하여 고형체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 고형체를 공기 분위기에서 소결하여 예비 소결체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 예비 소결체를 환원 가스 분위기에서 소결하여 이중층 페로브스카이트 소결체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 이중층 페로브스카이트 소결체를 소결 조제와 혼합하고 수소 가스 분위기에서 소결하여 고밀도 소결체를 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
