- Abstract
- 본 발명은 a) 아연 염을 물 및 디메틸포름아미드 혼합액인 제1용매에 용해하여 제1혼합물을 제조하는 단계; b) 탄소복합체를 물 및 디메틸포름아미드 혼합액인 제2용매에 용해하여 제2혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 제1혼합물과 제2혼합물을 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 아연 산화물의 2차 입자의 제조방법과, 이에 의하여 제조된 아연 산화물의 2차 입자 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이온 전지용 활물질에 관한 것이다.
