- Abstract
- 본 발명은 슈퍼 커패시터 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 우븐 카본 파이버(WOVEN CARBON FIBER, WCF)를 포함하는 복수의 전극들, 전극들 사이에 위치하며 전자 절연체인 분리막 및 전극들과 분리막 사이에 각각 위치하는 폴리머 전해질을 포함하며, 복수의 전극들은 우븐 카본 파이버 표면에 산화구리 나노와이어가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 슈퍼 커패시터 및 그 제조방법에 의하면, 기계적 특성 및 비정전용량이 향상된 슈퍼 커패시터를 제조할 수 있다.
