- 본 발명은 고효율 페로브스카이트 화합물 막의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제조방법은 금속할로겐화물-함유 전구물질의 막을 할로겐 이온 또는 할로겐 분자, 및 유기할로겐화물이 용해된 용액과 반응시키는 간단하고 안정적인 방법에 의해 결함 농도가 적은 고품질의 페로브스카이트 화합물 막을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제조방법은 공정 변수의 변화에 따라 민감하게 막의 성질이 변화하지 않으므로, 품질 유지가 매우 용이하고 큰 면적의 페로브스카이트 화합물 막을 제조할 수 있다.
