- Abstract
- 본 발명은 TMOS를 이용한 의료장비의 항균성 코팅층 형성방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 항균성 의료장비에 관한 것으로서, 자세하게는 TMOS를 이용하여 바이오라세인이 담지된 실리카 박막을 제조하고, 이를 이용하여 최종적으로 바이오라세인 항균물질이 코팅된 항균성 의료장비를 제조하는 생체물질 고정화 기술에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 종래의 소수성, 안정성 등으로 인하여 활용이 어려웠던 바이오라세인의 문제점을 해결하여, 바이오라세인을 다양한 의료장비 분야에 안정적으로 활용할 수 있다.
