- 본 발명에 따른 다공성 금 박막의 제조 방법은, 실리콘 기판위에 나노트윈구조와 다공성 구조를 갖는 금 박막을 형성함으로써, 나노트윈구조에 의해 강도와 연신율이 향상될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 다공성 금 박막의 제조 방법은, 별도의 접합층을 형성할 필요가 없는 이점이 있다
