일실시예에 따른 구조물 노후도 모니터링 장치는 대상 객체에 대한 복수의 프레임의 스페클 이미지에 대하여 각 프레임 내의 대상 객체 상에 하나 이상의 클러스터를 형성하는 이미지 처리부, 및 상기 하나 이상의 클러스터의 프레임 간 변위를 계산하는 계산부를 포함한다
