- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 조직을 깊이 방향으로 설정 두께만큼씩 연속적으로 자르고, 이렇게 생긴 복수의 슬라이스들을 각각 촬영하여 상기 깊이방향으로 적층한 후 얼라인하여 하나의 3차원 영상으로 재구성한 후, 상기 3차원 영상으로부터 혈관 이미지만을 추출하여 3차원 혈관 영상을 생성함으로써, 혈관의 형태를 확인할 수 있으며 혈관의 부피 등을 정량화시켜 검사할 수 있다.
