- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 박막 형성 방법은 제1 유기 용매를 포함하는 기반 용매를 준비하는 단계, 및 상기 기반 용매 상에 금속 산화물 박막이 형성되도록 나노 금속 산화물이 분산된 분산액을 도포하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 분산액을 도포하는 단계에서 상기 나노 금속 산화물의 계면 자기조립(interfacial assembly)이 유도된다.
