- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 칼코젠화 유무기 페로브스카이트 화합물의 제조방법은 a) A성분으로, 1가 유기 양이온의 할로겐화물; B성분으로, 4가 금속의 할로겐화물, 3가 금속의 할로겐화물 및 2가 금속의 할로겐화물에서 1종 이상 선택되는 금속할로겐화물; C성분으로, 2 내지 4가 금속의 칼코젠화물인 나노입자; 및 A 성분과 B 성분을 용해하는 용매;를 포함하는 전구체 용액을 도포하여, 전구물질을 형성하는 단계; 및b) 상기 전구물질을 열처리하여 양이온으로, 1가 유기 양이온 및 상기 B성분으로부터 유래한 2 내지 4가의 금속 이온과 상기 C성분으로부터 유래한 2 내지 4가의 금속 이온을 함유하며, 음이온으로, 상기 A 성분과 상기 B 성분으로부터 유래한 할로겐 음이온 및 상기 C 성분으로부터 유래한 칼코젠 음이온을 함유하는 칼코젠화 유무기 페로브스카이트 화합물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함한다.
