- 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상권업종별 매출액 및 생존율 예측 방법은 관심 영역, 상기 관심 영역의 주변 영역들 및 관심 업종을 입력받는 단계; 기저장된 데이터베이스로부터 추출된 데이터들을 가공하여 상기 관심 영역 및 주변 영역들에 대한 독립 변수들 및 종속 변수들을 산출하는 단계; 및 상기 관심 영역 내에 상기 관심 업종이 존재하지 않는 경우, 상기 주변 영역들에 대한 독립 변수들 및 종속 변수들과 관심 영역들에 대한 독립 변수들에 기반하여, 상기 관심 영역에 대한 종속 변수들을 추정하는 단계를 포함한다.
