본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그래핀 전극 제조 방법은 그래핀의 상면을 산화아연 나노입자를 포함하는 용액으로 코팅하는 전자수송층 제조 단계 및 상기 전자수송층의 상면을 고분자 및 풀러린(Fullerene)을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 제조된 그래핀 전극은 어닐링 공정을 수행하지 않고 제조가 가능하며, 광학적 및 전기적 특성이 향상될 수 있다.
