- 본 발명은, 나노와이어 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 외부에서 공급되는 각각의 제1 금속용액과 환원용액 또는 상기 제1 금속용액과 상기 환원용액이 혼합된 혼합용액이 공급되도록 설정 거리 이격되어 형성된 제1 유로채널과, 제2 유로채널 및 상기 제1 유로채널과 상기 제2 유로채널이 연통하도록 양 측이 상기 제1 유로채널 및 상기 제2 유로채널과 연결되는 제1 형성채널을 포함하는 금속산화물 나노와이어 형성부; 및 외부에서 공급된 제2 금속용액 또는 금속혼합물이 유동되는 유로를 형성하며, 설정 거리 이격된 복수 개의 제3 유로채널들과, 이웃하는 상기 복수 개의 제3 유로채널들이 연통하도록 양 측이 각각의 제3 유로채널과 연결되는 제2 형성채널을 포함하는 페로브스카이트 나노와이어 형성부를 포함하는 제조몰드를 포함한다.
