본 발명은 양극 집전체 상에 형성된 양극 합제층을 포함하며, 상기 양극 합제층은 양극 활물질 및 리튬이온 첨가제를 포함하고, 상기 리튬이온 첨가제는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 리튬 이온 전도성 세라믹 물질이고, 상기 리튬 이온 전도성 세라믹 물질은 나시콘 타입(NASICON-type, Na super ionic conductors-type) 구조의 빈 사이트(site)에 리튬 이온이 추가적으로 삽입된 구조를 갖는 리튬 이차전지용 양극, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 관한 것이다.

화학식 1에서, M1은 Ti 및 Ge 중 적어도 1종 이상이고, M2는 Al, Cr, Ga, Fe, Sn, In, Lu, Y 및 La로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상이며, 0003c#x1≤0.3, 1.7≤y1≤2.0이다.
