- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 복수의 돌기들을 제1 면 상에 포함하는 전도성 기재, 상기 제1 면 상에 형성되어 상기 복수의 돌기들을 덮는 광촉매층, 및 상기 광촉매층 상에 위치하는 복수의 플라즈몬 나노 입자들을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 돌기들 각각은, 상기 복수의 돌기들 각각의 둘레에서 서로 반대측에 위치한 제1 지점과 제2 지점을 포함하고, 상기 광촉매층은, 상기 제1 지점에서 제1 두께를 가지며 상기 제2 지점에서 상기 제1 두께와 상이한 제2 두께를 가지는 물 분해용 광전극을 개시한다.
