- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 분산성이 증가되고, 계면이 강화되고, 이에 따라 우수한 기계적 특성을 제공할 수 있는 플라즈마 처리를 이용한 멀티 스케일 복합재의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 플라즈마 처리를 이용한 멀티 스케일 복합재의 제조 방법은, 탄소나노물질 함유 고분자 분산 용액을 형성하는 단계; 탄소섬유를 플라즈마를 이용하여 표면 개질하는 단계; 상기 탄소나노물질 함유 고분자 분산 용액을 이용하여 상기 탄소섬유를 함침하는 단계; 상기 탄소섬유를 건조하는 단계; 및 상기 탄소섬유를 고온 압착하는 단계;를 포함한다.
