- 본 발명은, 하이드로젤로 형성된 제1,2벨크로부가 서로 결합됨으로써, 물 속에 들어가거나 물에 젖게 되면 팽창되어 결합력이 보다 증대되어, 수영복, 잠수복 등 수중에서 사용하는 의류나 의료용 밴드 등에 적용이 가능한 이점이 있다. 또한, 물 밖으로 나오면 복원되어, 재활용이 가능한 이점이 있다.
