- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 아연 산화물 나노 구조체의 밀도를 증가시킬 수 있는 탄소섬유 상의 아연 산화물 나노 구조체 형성 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 탄소섬유 상의 아연 산화물 나노 구조체 형성 방법은, 탄소섬유를 플라즈마를 이용하여 표면 개질하는 단계, 및 상기 탄소섬유의 표면 개질된 표면 상에 아연 산화물 나노 구조체를 성장시키는 단계를 포함한다.
