본 발명은 블록공중합체를 이용한 마이크로패턴 내부에 정렬된 금속 나노선 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 마이크로 패턴이 형성된 기판; 및 상기 마이크로 패턴 내부에 정렬된 금속 나노선을 포함하는, 마이크로패턴 내부에 정렬된 금속 나노선을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 블록공중합체를 이용한 마이크로패턴 내부에 정렬된 금속 나노선 제조방법은 다양한 금속이 사용될 수 있으며, 포토리소그래피를 이용한 복잡하고 다양한 마이크로 패턴과 결합이 가능한 이점이 있다.
