- 본 발명의 일 실시예는 모기판 상에, 여러 층의 레이어(layer)를 적층하여 제1기판, 제2기판 및 제3기판을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1기판 상에, 제1전극을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1전극 상에, 제1대전체를 형성하는 단계, 상기 제2기판의 상하면에 제2대전체를 형성하는 단계, 상기 제3기판 상에 제2전극을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 제1탄성지지부를 형성하는 단계 및 상기 제2기판과 상기 제3기판 사이에 제2탄성지지부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 마찰대전소자의 제조방법을 제공한다.
