- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 우수한 기계적 특성을 제공할 수 있는 실레인 물질을 이용한 탄소 나노 복합재의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 실레인 물질을 이용한 탄소 나노 복합재의 제조 방법은, 실레인 물질을 알코올계 용매에 용해한 실레인 용액을 제공하는 단계; 상기 실레인 용액에 탄소나노물질을 침지하는 단계; 상기 실레인 용액에 나노 구조체가 성장한 탄소섬유를 침지하는 단계; 상기 알코올계 용매를 제거하는 단계; 및 상기 탄소섬유를 열처리하여 탄소 나노 복합재를 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
