- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 상온에서 액체 상태로 존재하여 압력에 의하여 전도 경로를 형성하고 자가 치유가 가능한 상온 액체금속 캡슐 잉크, 그 제조 방법, 및 이를 이용하여 형성한 상온 액체금속 캡슐 배선을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상온 액체금속 캡슐 잉크의 제조 방법은, 상온 액체금속을 제공하는 단계; 상기 상온 액체금속을 초음파 처리하여 미세화하여 미세 입자를 형성하는 단계; 상기 미세 입자의 표면에 산화막이 형성되어 상온 액체금속 캡슐을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 상온 액체금속을 도전성 나노입자를 포함하는 휘발성 용매에 투입하여 상온 액체금속 캡슐 잉크를 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
