rGO가 코팅된 PVA/dGO 복합체 섬유 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)과, 폴리도파민으로 처리된 그래핀 옥사이드(dGO)로 이루어진 복합체 섬유; 및 상기 복합체 섬유의 외주면에 코팅된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드(rGO)층;을 포함하는, rGO가 코팅된 PVA/dGO 복합체 섬유에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 rGO가 코팅된 PVA/dGO 복합체 섬유 및 이의 제조방법은 다양한 초음파 출력전력으로 초음파 처리함으로써 얻어진 평균 측면크기가 조절된 GO를 통해 복합체 섬유의 기계적 특성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한 PVA/dGO 복합체 섬유 외면에 rGO 용액으로 코팅시킴으로써 기계적 강도를 보완하고, 전기 전도성을 부여할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
