- Abstract
- 본 발명은 용매변색성 하이브리드 카본나노시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 산화그래핀 나노시트의 존재 하에 저분자 전구체를 수열 탄화시킴으로써, 산화그래핀 나노시트의 표면 상에 카본 나노링이 형성된 하이브리드 카본나노시트가 제공될 수 있으며, 상기 하이브리드 카본나노시트는 용매의 극성에 따라 UV 및 가시광 조사 하에서 매우 다양한 색을 발광할 수 있다.
