- 본 발명은 자성 재료 및 그를 이용한 플렉서블 복합 소자의 제조방법과 그를 이용하여 제조할 수 있는 열전 디바이스에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르는 플렉서블 복합 소자는, 이트륨 및 철을 포함하는 자성 물질이 고분자에 분산 형성된, 플렉서블한 베이스 소재부; 및 상기 베이스 소재부 상에 형성되는 전극부;를 포함한다.
