- 본 발명은 메탈 구조물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 제1 도선과, 상기 제1 도선과 수직 방향으로 교차되어 배치되는 제2 도선을 포함하는 헤비메탈층; 및 상기 헤비메탈층 상의 상기 제1 도선과 상기 제2 도선의 교차 지점에 형성되는 자성층을 포함하며, 상기 제1 도선과 상기 제2 도선에 전류가 인가되면 상기 자성층 상에 스커미온(Skyrmion)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
