- Abstract
- 본 발명은 암세포의 위족 형성억제 또는 암전이 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 NHERF1 저해제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암세포의 위족 형성 억제용 조성물, 암전이 억제용 조성물 및 암 세포에 NHERF1(Na+/H+ Exchanger Regulatory Factor 1) 억제제를 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 암 세포의 전이 억제 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 NHERF1 저해제는 암세포에서 LPA(Lysophosphatidic acid) 자극에 의한 ERM(Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin)의 인산화를 억제하고 NHERF1- cpERM(인산화된 ERM) 복합체 형성을 억제하며 NHERF1의 세포질에서 세포막으로의 이동을 억제하고 암세포의 위족 형성을 억제하여 궁극적으로 암의 전이를 억제할 수 있으므로, NHERF1 저해제를 포함하는 조성물은 암의 치료 또는 암 전이 억제용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
