- Abstract
- 본 발명은 광 경화 소재를 이용한 3차원 구조체를 제조하는 3차원 프린팅 기술에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 본 발명의 3차원 구조체의 제조방법은, 경화 스테이지의 온도를 높이는 제1 단계; 액상의 광 경화 소재를 상기 경화 스테이지에 주입하는 제2 단계; 상기 경화 스테이지를 수직 이동하는 제3 단계; 상기 경화 스테이지의 온도를 낮추어 상기 광 경화 소재를 상전이하는 제4 단계; 및 상기 상 전이 된 광 경화 소재에 패터닝된 빔을 조사하여 패턴을 형성하는 제5 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 제1 단계 내지 제5 단계를 한 회 이상 반복 수행하여 3차원 구조체를 형성하는 것이다.
