- 본 발명은, 플렉서블 압력 측정 장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 제1 베이스 플레이트와, 상기 제1 베이스 플레이트의 제1 일측면에 상호 이격되어 돌출 형성되는 복수 개의 제1 기둥들을 포함하는 제1 센서기판; 및 상기 제1 센서기판의 상측 또는 하측에 위치하며, 제2 베이스 플레이트와, 상기 제1 일측면을 마주하는 상기 제2 베이스 플레이트의 제2 일측면에 상호 이격되어 돌출 형성되는 복수 개의 제2 기둥들을 포함하는 제2 센서기판을 포함하는 센싱유닛을 포함한다.
