- 본 발명은 페로브스카이트 결정립 크기를 조절할 수 있는 페로브스카이트형 발광다이오드 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 애노드(anode) 기판 상에 정공수송층을 코팅하는 단계; 상기 정공수송층 상에 페로브스카이트 전구체 혼합용액을 스핀 코팅하는 단계; 상기 스핀 코팅 후 아민계 리간드를 용해시켜 준비한 용액을 적하시킨 후 스핀 코팅하여 페로브스카이트층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 페로브스카이트층 상에 전자수송층을 코팅하는 단계; 및 상기 전자수송층 상에 캐소드(cathode)를 증착하는 단계;를 포함하는, 페로브스카이트 결정립 크기를 조절할 수 있는 페로브스카이트형 발광다이오드 제조방법을 제공한다.
