- 본 발명은 폴리에틸렌이민 (PEI)을 포함하는, 산화적 손상 물질을 검출하는 바이오리포터 균주의 민감성 증진용 조성물 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 바이오리포터 균주의 민감성을 증진시키는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 폴리에틸렌이민 (PEI)을 포함하는 산화적 손상 물질을 검출할 수 있는 유전자가 도입된 바이오리포터 균주의 반응 및 감도 개선용 조성물 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 세균 바이오리포터의 반응 및감도 개선 방법에 관한 것이다.
