- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 3축 스트레인 센서는, 3개의 전극을 이용하여 3축 방향에 대한 변위를 측정할 수 있으며, 센서 전체에 전도성 물질을 도포할 필요가 없으므로 비용이 절감되고 구조가 간단하여 제조가 용이한 이점이 있다. 또한, 제1,2전극 사이의 저항 변화 뿐만 아니라, 제1전극과 제2전극 중 어느 하나와 제3전극 사이의 저항 변화를 이용하여, x축 방향과 y축 방향에 대한 변위를 구분할 수 있기 때문에, 보다 정확한 측정이 가능한 이점이 있다.
