- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 유연성 투명필름의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 유연성 투명필름에 관한 것으로서, 셀룰로오스 나노섬유 수용액과 키틴 나노섬유 수용액을 혼합하여 셀룰로오스-키틴 혼합 수용액을 만드는 단계; 캐리어 기판 상으로 상기 셀룰로오스-키틴 혼합 수용액을 이용하여 상기 캐리어 기판 상에 셀룰로오스-키틴 복합체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 캐리어 기판으로부터 상기 셀룰로오스-키틴 복합체를 분리하여 셀룰로오스-키틴 복합체 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 셀룰로오스-키틴 복합체 필름은 상기 키틴 나노섬유들이 상기 셀룰로오스 나노섬유들에 임베딩(Embedding)되거나, 상기 셀룰로오스 나노섬유들 사이의 빈 공간을 채워 상기 셀룰로오스-키틴 복합체 필름의 표면이 수분을 밀어내는 소수성의 성질을 띤다.
