- Abstract
- 본 발명의 다양한 실시 예는 디지털 이미지 상관관계를 이용하는 응력 측정방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 디지털 이미지 상관관계를 이용하는 응력 측정방법은, 객체의 변형 전 이미지 및 변형 후 이미지에 기반하여 변위장 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 상기 객체의 변형에 기반하는 유한요소모델을 생성하는 단계; 상기 변위장 데이터 및 상기 유한요소모델의 최적화 매칭을 수행하는 단계; 및 상기 최적화 매칭 결과에 기반하여 상기 객체의 응력을 측정하는 단계;를 포함한다.
