Abstract
실시예는 디지털 신호를 생성하는 대상체에 인가하는 디지털 신호 생성부; 상기 대상체를 통과한 신호의 아이 하이트를 측정하는 측정부; 상기 아이 하이트를 이용하여 상기 대상체의 고장 유무를 판단하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는, 기 설정된 시간에서 측정된 상기 대상체의 아이 하이트인 제1 신호를 이용하여 상기 기 설정된 시간 이후에 측정된 상기 대상체의 아이 하이트인 제2 신호와 비교하는 고장 감지 장치를 개시한다.
