- Abstract
- 본 발명은 황화물계 또는 산화물계 고체전해질 입자와 열가소성 수지, 또는 열가소성 수지 및 열경화성 수지를 혼합한 혼합물을 용매를 이용하여 습식 코팅을 시켜 복합체(composite)로 제조한 후, 비교적 낮은 온도 및 압력 조건에서 열간 압착(hot-pressure)하여, 기계적 강도의 향상과 함께 공극률이 크게 개선되고, 리튬 덴드라이트(Li dendrite) 성장을 억제하여 전고체전지의 전기화학적 안정성 유지 및 극대화를 구현한 고체 전해질막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
