- Abstract
- 본 발명은 친환경 소재를 이용한 바이오라세인 담지체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자세하게는 이온성 액체 또는 미생물 발효액을 이용하여 바이오매스로부터 바이오라세인 지지체를 친환경적으로 제조한 후, 이로부터 다양한 분야에 적용 가능한 바이오라세인 담지체를 제조하는 생체물질 고정화 기술에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 유해한 합성물질의 사용 없이 다양한 바이오매스로부터 바이오라세인 지지체를 간편하게 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
