- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 신축성 패키지는, 복수의 상온 액체 금속 캡슐들이 포함된 신축성 기판 위에 디바이스가 구비됨으로써, 상기 신축성 패키지의 변형으로 인해 디바이스에 균열이 발생할 경우 상기 상온 액체 금속 캡슐에서 나온 상온 액체 금속이 상기 균열을 채우면서 전기적 연결을 유지시킬 수 있기 때문에 상기 디바이스의 자가 치유가 가능한 이점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 신축성 패키지는, 변형 발생시 디바이스의 자가 치유가 가능하기 때문에, 신축성 기판은 신축성 소재로 형성되고, 디바이스는 신축성이 부족하거나 신축성이 없는 소재로 형성되는 것이 가능하여, 플렉서블 전자기기의 구현이 보다 용이하다.
